We do not maintain an outside sales force, however we are here to assist you in any way possible. All collateral is shipped direct to you from Red Pocket Mobile’s distribution center located in Texas. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Dealers, agents and sub-dealers agree to be bound by Red Pocket Mobile Terms and Conditions.

 

All pre purchased pre-loaded SIM kits qualify for residuals starting on month 3. 

 

All commissions and residuals will be paid by check or direct deposit to your bank account. We must have Federal Tax form on file prior prior to disbursement of funds. Direct deposit incurs a $25 bank charge.

 

Any rate plan less than $29.99 will not be commissionable until $20 has been loaded onto a plan even if it takes multiple months to accomplish this and then it will be payable.

 

REFUND POLICY

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Items MUST be intact.

 

SHIPPING/PROCESSING CHARGES

We ship orders via UPS or USPS. We determine and use the most economical and efficient shipping method for each order. Processing charges include credit card charges. Shipping/processing charges are billed separately and are not included in the total price you receive at checkout. Contact us if you have any questions.
